6.6L Diesel Fuel Injector (2004-01)

BEFORE YOU INSTALL

Test fuel for contamination. If any is found, clean the entire fuel system prior to installing any new components

Tighten injector hold down bracket bolt to 50n.m (37 ft.lbs torque)

Lubricate washers with diesel fuel and tighten fuel injector line to 16n.m (12 ft.lbs torque)

Inspect and clean fuel line, replace if corrosion or damage to sealing surface is found

Verify copper washer from old injector was not left in the injector cup
