BEFORE YOU INSTALL

• Test fuel for contamination. If any is found, clean the entire fuel system prior to installing any new components
• Cap and seal off all fuel line connections and nozzles while moving through the installation. Failure to do so will result in debris or contamination in the fuel system
• Follow the installation guide to ensure all timing marks and procedures are set properly. This ensures correct pump operation and avoids premature failure or damage to the fuel system
• Replace the fuel filter prior to operation of the new pump
• Bleed air from the fuel system prior to starting the engine
